Enzo Paolicelli, chef of the Baccanti restaurant. His youthful, local culinary vision aligns well with that of owner Sergio Guanti, who has been running his restaurant for 21 years and has always been passionate about good food. Previously, he worked in the nightlife scene with several venues, before dedicating himself to catering in a challenging urban environment. There, he established himself with the quality of his dishes and his wine list, reaping the rewards of his hard work and dedication after about a decade.

The Baccanti restaurant's culinary philosophy is focused on local ingredients, using approximately 90% of the ingredients locally.
Numerous small producers and farmers, as well as carefully selected cured meats and cheeses, are used. These products are of the highest quality, processed as little as possible to maximize their unique characteristics. Simple cuisine with authentic flavors.
